Q: What should the print data look like? Will allbranded assist me in creating it?

Please provide us with your print file in the form of a high-resolution vector graphic . Examples of vector graphic formats are Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) , Portable Document Format (PDF) and Adobe Illustrator (AI) . Your print motif can be colored in any Pantone color If you are unable to provide a vector graphic, we will be happy to do this for you for $25 net. Please contact our team and we will be happy to help you!

Q: Can I see what my promotional items will look like before production?

Yes. You can order a sample of your favorite product in advance. This allows you to check the quality for yourself. You will also receive a free print preview after placing your order. This allows you to see how your print motif will be placed on the promotional item. If you have any changes you would like to make, you can let us know. If not, you can approve the print preview. Only then will production begin.

Q: How can I order custom-made promotional items (e.g. multiple print positions, special colors, sizes and products)?

If you have a special request, you can select the option Request special production now! after choosing the quantity. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us so that we can work together to create your perfect promotional item.

Q: What printing technique will be used and how does it differ from others?

In the configuration, you can choose a branding placement for your product. You can find more information about the characteristics of the different printing techniques here.

Q: What does rush mean? What is the difference between rush and standard production?

Thanks to our rush service, you will receive your products even faster! With rush production, your products will be produced within 48 hours , while standard production takes 4 to 6 working days.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden costs . Our prices include all printing fees and set up costs in the price listed.

Q: What happens if I am not satisfied with my order? Can I return it?

We manufacture promotional items individually for you. Therefore, exchanges or returns are generally not possible unless the goods are free of defects . To ensure that everything is correct, we recommend that you order a sample in advance and carefully check the print preview before approving it. This allows any change requests to be taken into account in before the order is completed. However, if a product is delivered defective or faulty, you can return it. Be sure to read up on our return policy for more information.

Q: Can I order a sample of the promotional item in advance?

Yes. You can order samples of all of our promotional items. Samples are not customized with your design. If your sample order is followed by an order of more than $150, we will credit you for the cost of the sample.

The ifidelity Auto Pair True Wireless Earbuds with ANC combine all the features you would expect from premium True Wireless Earbuds. Built-in sensors on the earbuds determine when the earbuds are in use, pausing the music when you remove the buds from your ears and resuming the music when you put them back in. The earbuds feature transparency mode, which makes it easier to hear surrounding sounds while the earbuds are in use. To block out the surrounding sounds, change the mode to Active Noise Cancellation. With over 5hrs of playback at max volume, you won’t need to charge the earbuds often! When not in use, place the earbuds back into the case to charge them up. The case will charge the earbuds four times from 0% to 100%. It only takes one hour and fifteen minutes to charge the earbuds and two and a half hours to charge the case. A 19.5” USB-A-to-Type-C charging cable and small, medium, and large silicone ear tips are included.
