How do I order promotional products from the allbranded promotional items shop?

Can I order samples? Can samples be returned?

Yes. You can order any of our products as a sample. You can order your sample directly on the specific product page. Samples are not custom-printed with a logo. If the sample order is followed by an order of more than $150, we will credit you for the cost of the sample item. Ordered samples cannot be returned. Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. However, the minimum order quantity depends on the specific promotional item. Inexpensive giveaways, pens for example, usually have a higher minimum order quantity than high-priced giveaways, something like a laptop backpack. Information on the minimum order quantity can be found on each individual product page.

Can I order small quantities?

Many of our promotional products can also be ordered in small quantities. This can often be the case for higher-priced products. Nevertheless, we recommend that you order larger quantities. You can save a lot of time and money by doing this. Much like when ordering in bulk, the price per product (unit price) will decrease with the more products you order.

Do you ship to private individuals? Can private people order online products?

No. Allbranded is purely a B2B online shop. This means we only sell products to companies, businesses, brands, organizations and more. We do not sell promotional products to private, individual people.

Can I order as an association or agency?

Yes. We sell our promotional items to companies, institutions, organizations and agencies. Contact us at any time if we can help you choose the right promotional item for your brand or org.

Can I order over the phone?

Telephone orders are not possible. Complete your order either in our online shop or send us an email. Of course, you can always contact us by phone if you need help with your order or advice.

The Printing Process

How do I print promotional products online?

You print promotional items directly online on the specific product page. Once on the product page, the online configurator guides you step by step through the design of your promotional item. Choose the branding placement, print position and print area on the product according to your corporate or business design. Then you upload your printable logo or motif when you are in the shopping cart.

How do I send my logo or print data?

The easiest way is to send us your print data using the upload function when you are checking out in your shopping cart, just upload your logo from your computer. Alternatively, you can also send us your printable logo or motif via email. For the best results possible, we need your files in a vector format.

How do I create my print file? How do I create my artwork?

Send us your print file in the form of a high-resolution vector graphic. Examples of vector graphics formats are Encapsulated Postscript (EPS), Portable Document Format (PDF), Scalable Vector Graphics (svg), Photoshop Document (psd) and Adobe Illustrator (AI). Your logo can be colored in any Pantone color. Learn more about creating print files here.

What is a vector graphic?

Before uploading your print data, we need vector graphics. These have the advantage that their size and scaling can be adjusted at any time without sacrificing the quality. This allows us to place your print motif or logo on the promotional item with the best possible resolution. For example, use the file types .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .svg (Scaleable Vector Graphics) or .pdf (Portable Document Format) to upload your print data.

Which printing technique is used for my promotional item?

We determine the ideal printing process depending on the specific product and your wishes. On the respective product page you will find information on the possible printing techniques possible for this product. Why isn’t my laser engraving multicolored?

Please note that with an engraving, your print motif or logo can only be applied in one color. The extreme heat of the laser beam burns the material on the printed surface of the promotional item. A laser beam works without colors, meaning the final color appearance of the logo depends primarily on the coating of the surface. Plastic surfaces can appear lighter or darker due to chemical reactions during engraving. However, bright colors are always excluded.

Laser engravings are possible on almost all promotional items that have a solid surface such as glass, plastic, wood, porcelain or metal. These can include pens, thermos flasks, sunglasses, bottle openers, USB sticks, pocket knives or flashlights. Learn more about our laser engraving process here.

How will my logo look on the promotional item?

After ordering you will receive a print sketch with your logo. This shows you how your logo will look on the promotional item. Once you have approved this, via your online allbranded account, we will start producing your goodies and giveaways.

Payment & Shipping

Which payment methods do you have?

It is important to us to make your purchase with allbranded as comfortable as possible. Therefore, you can simply and safely pay via instant PayPal, Diners Club International, debit or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER). In very rare cases, we do accept checks. Besides the online payment methods, we also offer the traditional ways of payment in advance, and from the third order onwards we can consider credit terms. What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout as the costs vary depending on the location of the customer. The amount can also depend on which shipping option you choose standard, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping. When you order a sample product, the shipment is always $6.

Who will deliver the products?

We work with UPS. This ensures that your valuable order gets to you in mint condition.

When will my promotional items be delivered?

The production and delivery times depend on the promotional item and its design. Information on the respective delivery time can be found on the specific product detail page.

You have the option of choosing rush products, which will be produced within 48 hours and therefore, delivered to you faster.

Only part of my order has been delivered so far. What about the other products?

If your order consists of multiple products or large quantities, the items may be shipped and delivered in multiple packages. This is because we work with many manufacturers and ship from different production facilities. The corresponding delivery times for each product are displayed individually in the shopping cart. After production is completed, you will receive a tracking number for each package so that you can track the status of your delivery at any time.

Is there a difference between production and delivery time?

Yes. There is a difference and we distinguish between production and delivery times. The production time indicates the period in which your promotional items are produced and printed. As soon as the production is completed, the delivery starts with the help of our shipping service providers. On the respective product page you will find information about the specific production times and the expected delivery times. These may vary depending on the product. We offer rush production for select products so that your promotional items get to you quickly. Please note that the production time only starts once you approve the print preview.

Does allbranded deliver products outside of the USA?

We can deliver to any country in the world. If you wish your products to be delivered to a country outside of the Unites States, please feel free to contact us. That way we can connect you with the appropriate country sales or customer success representative to assist you with placing your order

Does allbranded also have catalogues?

No. We are working on a fully sustainable business model and that's why we avoid using paper. One of our core principles is to offer all products with “all-inclusive prices” and create a transparent market for promotional products. In the digital age, we can only achieve that with our B2B online shop. In case you would still prefer the traditional method, please contact us. Is it possible to store the products until I need them?

allbranded only produces products in the time you request and delivers. For this reason, we do not have our own warehouses and unfortunately cannot store products for you. However, please be aware that we do offer delivery on your desired date. We also offer products on commission, i.e. in this case we take care of the storage, assembly, and delivery. How can I complain?

In the unlikely case that the products are damaged or do not fulfill your expectations, please contact your personal allbranded advisor or our customer service team immediately. Can I exchange the products if I do not like them?

No. We manufacture promotional items individually for your company, which means an exchange or return is therefore generally not possible. We offer you the opportunity to order a sample of your promotional item in advance to avoid the need for returns. In addition, all ordered items are approved by you before production based on a print sketch.
