Please provide us with your print file in the form of a high-resolution vector graphic . Examples of vector graphic formats are Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) , Portable Document Format (PDF) and Adobe Illustrator (AI) . Your print motif can be colored in any Pantone color If you are unable to provide a vector graphic, we will be happy to do this for you for $25 net. We manufacture promotional items individually for you. Therefore, exchanges or returns are generally not possible unless the goods are free of defects . To ensure that everything is correct, we recommend that you order a sample in advance and carefully check the print preview before approving it. This allows any change requests to be taken into account in before the order is completed. However, if a product is delivered defective or faulty, you can return it.
